5. Account Registration and Security

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including private keys, passwords, and authentication methods.
You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or security breach.
We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate security.

6. Cryptocurrency Risks

Volatility: Cryptocurrency values are highly volatile and can result in significant financial loss.
Irreversibility: Cryptocurrency transactions are generally irreversible.

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
Use automated systems (bots) to access the Service without authorization
Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

9. Fees and Payments

All applicable fees will be clearly displayed before you confirm any transaction.
Fees are subject to change with reasonable notice posted on the Service.
You are responsible for all network fees (gas fees, miner fees) associated with blockchain transactions.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

10. Transaction Limits and Delays

We may impose transaction limits for security or regulatory compliance purposes.
Transaction processing times depend on blockchain network conditions and are not guaranteed.
We reserve the right to delay or cancel transactions if we suspect fraudulent activity or Terms violations.

11. Taxes

You are solely responsible for determining what taxes, if any, apply to your transactions.
We are not responsible for determining, collecting, reporting, or remitting taxes arising from your use of the Service.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF FEES YOU PAID TO US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

18. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of Terms, suspicious activity, legal requirements, or extended inactivity.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting customer support.
Upon termination, you must withdraw all funds within 30 days, subject to laws and pending investigations.

19. Dispute Resolution

10. Suspicious Activity Reporting

10.1 SAR Filing Obligations

A transaction involves $2,000 or more and we suspect money laundering or a violation of law
A transaction aggregating $5,000 or more is suspected to involve fraud
A transaction involves potential terrorism financing (regardless of amount)
We have reasonable grounds to suspect criminal activity

10.2 SAR Filing Process

Investigation is conducted within 48 hours
SAR is filed within 30 calendar days of initial detection
